Please follow these instructions and we will put it right as soon as possible.
Photos of any damage
A photo of the entire printed product
A photo of the packaging label on which the text or barcode is clearly legible
A photo showing how the inner packaging was arranged (including bubble wrap, corner protectors and the inside of the box)
A photo of the outside of the parcel, ideally a close-up of any damage to the parcel. Please note: Even if there is no visible damage to the outside of the parcel, there could still be transport damage.
We need photos in good resolution. You are welcome to send them in full size or large format.
